Alive, present and in the moment. Focused on what I am doing, not distracted with thoughts of past and present.
Colour makes my heart leap. Light gives me a rush of energy. And the process of creating brings me sheer joy.
Art helps me see the world around me with enthusiasm and unlimited inspiration. Ideas for paintings come into my head all the time, whether I am looking at a delicate flower or a piece of rusty metal scratched with graffiti.
When I paint I put my soul into that picture and equally the process of painting feeds my soul. It’s a happy circle.
And the reason I called my business ‘This is my Art and Soul’.
